It is my pleasure to announce that Excelsior’s President & CEO has been appointed to serve as an At-Large Representative to The Regional Emergency Medical Services Council of New York City, Inc. The Council is a not-for-profit corporation created in 1974 whose function is to improve and coordinate emergency medical services in New York City. It designated by the New York State Department of Health as the Regional Emergency Medical Services Council (REMSCO) for New York City. The Council has policy and administrative authority over emergency medical services in all five boroughs.
